IST self-developed and produced the automated eCabinet (ID Card/Resident Permit Desktop Self-service Issuance Machine & ID Card/Resident Permit Vertical Self-service Issuance Machine) which can be customized in accordance with customer’s requirement. Integrated with database, smart card, automation technology and biometric verification, IST eCabinet can provide functions of eID batch storage and automated issuance which make eID document storage and issuance able to be done in automation. It is set free from complicated manpower requirement, and it is also save plenty of time and lowers the percentage of error occurrence, by which saves considerable operational cost and increases work efficiency meanwhile.

In 2014, eCabinet was successfully deployed in Macau Identity Certificate Authority.
In 2016, eCabinet was successfully deployed in Shenzhen (xinzhou) Household Registration Service Hall.
In November of 2016, ID card self-service machine was deployed to the Futian District Public Security Bureau Administrative Service Center as the pilot.
IST ID card self-service machine was started to set up in various districts in Shenzhen in 2017, which included the East Gate police station in Lo Wu, Shangsha police office in Futian, South Park police station, Shuiwei police office, high-tech service center in Nanshan etc.
In April of 2017, IST won the bidding of 4 intelligent verification stations and 10 self-service inspection channel construction project of joint inspection hall border checkpoint in Zhuangyuanaowharf Wenzhou Port, and intended to complete in June.
In December of 2017, IST won the project of Self-service kiosk of Gansu province
