Centralized Production

IST use the most efficient, totally independent intellectual property rights production line, which works stably and automatically. It is integrated with personal printing, ultrasonic pre-location, lamination and die cutting, milling and injekt. Centralized production and large-scale production can be realized by “End-To-End” solution. Personalized printing technology based on the color laser mirror increases card working life and abrasion resistance.

Successful Cases

• In August of 2011, IST undertook traffic permit production and dispensing of the 26th Shenzhen Universiade, a total number of 415,112 cards were made, which is the largest number in the Universiade history.

• Till now, IST has provided centralized production equipment and verification equipment for Public Security Bureau of Lanzhou, Gansu province, Guangxi province, Sichuan province and Shanxi province etc.
